  • Pros

  • This mission was accomplished and all requirements are fullfilled. Thanks to excellent support and incredible agility of the ITRP institute.
  • We are very happy to work with an always improving product and our customers love the way they can now interact with our specialists.
  • Collaberation, easy implementation, great flexibility, awesome performance.
  • Cons

  • Can be slow or unresponsive at times, which can be frustrating.
  • Consequently, some functionalities are occasionally missing.
  • No good connectors, configuring connection with SCCM was a struggle. No possibility to email updates from incidents to customer.

  • The best of all is that this solution is built on ITIL standards meaning it takes care of all aspects of IT service management best practice.
  • This is very useful for formatting reports, as well as best and essential support from the team. For our organization, the alert system and monitoring are the best features.
  • We use this not only for IT but have a seperate instance for our facilities team which have had great success in migrating from an expensive, over the top FM platform.
  • Cons

  • Implementing and customizing ServiceDesk took over a year. Support is absolutely terrible, it's all based out of India so there is a timezone difference and a major language barrier.
  • Couple of problems I have seen is its inability to automatically discard spam.
  • Some of the developer features are a bit lacking and hard to grasp.
