The strengths of this software are that it is very easy to implement and to use. It is easy to onboard service providers.

As said above, the reporting of problems is often a bottleneck in traditional systems whereby one will see the problem and will have to call/email/ or phone the helpdesk to report it.

Integration with our existing CAFM is possible but the overlap of functionalities has made it difficult for our IS teams to draw the line.

Difficult to fault this software. Yes maybe it doesn't have all the features of a Maximo (IBM) or Planon but do we need these features.

The emails templates are amazing, you can schedule the time for automated text with reminders to be sent every day. It is very easy to use and you can link with zapier to help automate your business.

The online booking platform has great customization. The app for employees makes scheduling a breeze.

The ease of use, the ability to scale and the additional features it has are amazing. From GPS tracking apps, to snapshot reporting to a simple to read dashboard - it really does everything.

My clients also enjoy the automatic reminders. The company is incredibly supportive when it comes to setting up and using the software.

Payroll cannot be calculated by scheduled times instead of clock in and out times so have to manually change and as there are errors in this part also is very time consuming to complete.

They are always implementing new features and for me this is the best part, always improve what is already amazing.

I even integrated it to my website. The part I love the most is the booking form and payroll.
