The ease of label creation and the ease of showing a new user how to successfully use the product.

With today's artificial intelligence and computing capabilities. The interface could be more minimalist, simplistic and the functionalities more advanced.

The barcoding can be a bit confusing especially when using consecutive numbering.

AT TIMES IT IS HARD TO FIND DIFFERENT INSTRUMENTS THEY ARE UNDER DIFFERENT  NAMES.

We love the support when we run into network licensing issues with the software.

It does everything I need. I would say changing the printer ribbon, but now I think I could change it blind folded.

When you work in a field trying to accommodate the wants of different customers, you don't have the time or patience to purchase difficult products. Reliable and Easy are the best qualities.

The way it interacts with databases is a little confusing, but works after you get the hang of it.

The customer support is A. We maintain a subscription just for that to keep us in productions when there may be a issue.

Their customer service rep. that you have to call for replacement ribbons and labels is excellent. When I called she knew everything I needed and took care of me.

So far we have had a great experience with LABELVIEW. It is a key software in the packing and shipping of the millions of products we distribute.

The setup on a network as well as cloud connection can be difficult and a bit confusing.

It is easy to use and very secure. I like that there are passwords for the administrator and/or primary user.

The network distributed licensing was difficult to set up and can be cranky. Accessing over VPN has been useless.

Best thing about labelview is that is highly customizable. Second best thing is end user ease of use.

Price point is high compared to market competitors. No option for swapping from printing in horizontal rows vs vertical columns on a given sheet of label paper.

We have standard labels we re-print for all of our projects. It was easy to create and save.

I appreciate the ease of use and options to customize. The customer support is wonderful at answering questions and fixing issues.

I didn't realize how the void/rebooking a shipment worked and that there was a limited window of time before you could not be refunded for an order.

Great Product especially for low volume shipping.

We can save existing addresses, etc. to make the shipping process quicker. We can track the package easily and also inform our patients.

We like the ease of processing USPS shipments and being able to generate the summary report for USPS.

We integrated XPS with our daily shipping routine. It has worked out very well for us.

I like the ease of use but we have mainly switched over to another platform because they do have actual friendly customer service.

It's been great and the customer service is always very responsive. I might need to start looking into how I can integrate it better into my Wocommerce if there is someone to support that.

Integration with online stores is excellent. XPS is easy to use and they have excellent customer service.

Lack of receipt management and the pick  up system is glitchy.

And, the Non-concern of these shippers, their inability to contact representatives on a timely basis, and poor communications service all make XPS worth far more.

I literally had to request that a particular employee never contact me when I have an issue because she has been so rude.

I really like the ability to customize Each Ship-To account to fit their package default needs. Importing addresses from the standalone USPS and UPS sites were quite accurate.

XPS Ship has been a great solution for my small business.

Software is much easier to use than competitors. Even though a smaller firm like that we can reach customer service for help via telephone for immediate answer.

Incredibly easy to import order data, preload shipping information, and export tracking. Integrates well with multiple platforms we sell on (Squarespace, Shopify).

I love that this integrates with BOTH Shopify AND Etsy.

My favorite thing about XPS ship is the customer service. They are super easy to reach and amazingly quick to help.

Very easy to use, easy to print labels even though it forces you to print two pages at a time.

It's an easy interface to use and the pricing is good. It's a much better interface than the UPS or USPS websites.

When dealing with their subcontracted shippers directly--I DID get better pricing. However, I bill my customers profitably based upon my costs from XPS, so I do not lose.
