"ServiceM8 as a CRM is great. But I really do not appreciate a company that doesn't look out for their customers and doesn't use fair and normal business practices to solve problems."

"Reoccuring jobs are based on 24 hours not work hours of 8 or whatever your work hours are set to so when booking a job over several consecqutive days its appears in the calendar incorrectly which confuses not only the clients but also field techs. "
