I really enjoy working with CoCounselor very easy to use and very detail.

Easy to use, easy to train a new person to use, easy to customize,  can build reports,  great customer service.

The customer service is incredible. The ability customize the fields is very helpful.

I have used several different programs and each one was a hassle to learn with numerous tabs and useless features.

CoCounselor has made my daily navigation through work amazing. It is easy to use and the support staff is quick to respond whenever needed.

Great for cases and the staff are wonderful if you need help with anything.

Thus far, I have no negative comments to make regarding CoCounselor.

I don't like that you cannot store all of your documents on it.

I like it better than most other case management systems that I have used in the past.

The only complaint I have is that the members of my firm that practice criminal defense have a hard time using.

I like the ease of use of the program and  that it can interface with messenger features.

The features are very helpful, IT help always available, and the layout is easy on the eyes. Very customizable to our needs.

It is very straight forward and easy to use. I love that we have the option to tag attorneys, case managers, paralegals, etc.

The ease of setting up and getting up and running quickly and smoothly. It looks like a red rope full of client folders once set up, which makes it easier for basic users to learn.

Integration with other platforms, such as Zipwhip , has been wonderful. The software is very user friendly.

I could go on about the features that I like, but the best part is with a bit of training I can customize my views and see only what I want to see. From an AR prospective this is amazing.

What I like most about this software is that you can find everything in one place  and that it is pretty user friendly.

The Curo team is very responsive and they really want to make your experience with their product pleasant and easy to use.

I often click on data that is tied to a record of some sort and the record opens up to display all of  its information, and that can be obnoxious.

I like the organizational aspect to your billing records, as well as the ability to see what a client still owes while billing to the matter.

Coming from a firm director/administrator stand point this is the best product I have worked with and I couldn't be happier with the transition.

The tasking feature is far better than any of the other products I have tested. I am able to keep track off all my own tasks and see the progress of any task that I have assigned.

The think I dislike about Curo is the navigation to see what a client has paid, what they owe, what they have in trust, and etc. It is difficult to understand the accounting side.

It is different in many ways to other solutions so there is a bit of a learning curve. I built too many customizations early on and those became a distraction.

There is a slight input lag which can make typing descriptions for tasks or billing a little tedious.

Availability everywhere with an internet connection, and great customization capabilities.

One of the best things is that the system can be customized for any firm. Do you have extra client data that you want to keep track of.
