A true Form Builder

Pros

We have used Jotforms to build forms and to manage the data which is collected from those forms. I wanted to create a contact form for my website, but I didn't want to use a clunky interface like the one that Wordpress offers. I found JotForm and it was a great experience. It has a clean interface, and it worked perfectly. I highly recommend it.

Cons

Sometimes we get spam records from the form, when it is applied publicly on the website. Also sometimes email sending gets us into issues.

Pros

I liked the ease of creating surveys and posting the code on our website - they are easy to customize with our color scheme and logo providing a professional look to our surveys. They are also easy to auto-populate into google suite and other products.

Cons

I haven't found anything that is considered a con at this point.

HIPAA compliance not worth the price

Customer support was lackluster. It took them over 2 months to figure out why I kept receiving an error and I was a gold level customer.

Pros

The free trial made the software seem appealing, however only the gold level and up allow for HIPAA compliance.

Cons

HIPAA compliance felt like a bait-and-switch in terms of cost.

A great transition from manual to digital

Overall, we've used Jotform quite regularly now and we haven't had any complaints yet. Of course we've tweaked the forms in order to make the experience smoother for our team. It is quite easy to learn, and we've even added in some computations in the forms, and it's been really helpful. It does take a while to figure out the approval feature, but once you've overcome that hurdle, it gets easier. I particularly like the fact that we can customize it just enough so it doesn't look like Google Forms or Microsoft Forms.

Pros

We use Jotform for leave applications and petty cash requests in our small team. Before Jotform, we would typically do it manually and though it is seemingly mundane, does contribute to some inefficiencies specifically for me an my partner who approve these requests. Jotform helped streamline all those. I like the feature that allows people to sign in the digital forms. This allowed us to completely remove some of the basic forms we have in our office and just transition to digital. It then gives us a PDF report after.

Cons

The free version is quite generous, allowing you to use the useful features of the app. I do find the pricing a bit expensive. It start from free and then suddenly jumps to 34 USD.
