Powerful tool and great / available Leeway team

Great onboarding and discovery sessions Concrete follow up during the first requests to set up the software as we'd like. Real added value to our processes.

PROS

It trumendously soften our signature flow with partners, more robust, safer and once again Leeway's team is really available to help and make the product moves Contract management, form to prefil the contracts, flexibility . safety of the exchange and modifications

CONS

Some features can still be a source of friction, UX can always be improved. Overall satisfied.

Flexible and customizable contract management system

I am overall very satisfied. The Leeway team is very helpful and accessible, and consider our requests as to how to improve the solution.

PROS

I like the most the flexibility of the solution. I can add various templates and change them at any time easily. Workflows are also easily editable, and customizable. I can let the external parties fill in their personal information via Leeway in the predefined spaces and let them attach additional documents to the project (via the shared files function). I can decide if I let the external partner modify, comment, or only read the contracts.

CONS

The online editor is not always easy to use. This concerns contracts coming from external parties that we would like to edit.

Reason for choosing Tomorro

The cost was lower than other solutions, and we saw big improvements during the time we tested Leeway.

Reasons for switching to Tomorro

Spring CM did not allow us the flexibility we wanted. We needed help from their tech team each time we modified our contract workflow, which was costly and low.

A Promising Work In Progress

So far, Leeway is a good tool for online signature. Yet, I'm looking forward some needed upgrades.

PROS

Changing bits of a contract is quite handy and the software is rather easy to use.

CONS

My biggest issue is the lack of directions for contractors when they receive their contracts via Leeway. I have to send them detailed process for them to use the feature in the different sections (files,...).

I dreamt of it, they did it!

It's brillant: clear, simple, and a net gain we all immediately saw.

PROS

It set all the reminder dates for us which is an enormous gain of time. I've lost Its simplicity and ease of use align together on the informations to document and monitor on each contract. We can now focus on the daily struggle against contract divergence and let most of the logistic takes care of itself.

CONS

I'd like contactors company informations to be automatically filled from open databases (ie: papper.fr for France data).Sometimes the UI refresh while it seems like it's not needed, but it's a minor.I would like to integrate better with google drive.

Reasons for switching to Tomorro

Notion is not specifically adapted to contract management, thus we had to set the reminder dates ourselves and have to build complex tooling to track base versions aligment.

Great tool for contract collaboration

Leeway allows a good organisation of the legal department and also a better accessibility of contractual documents to operational people.

PROS

Leeway firstly offers the possibility to collect all the contracts, and making them easily accessible to the operational people in charge. In addition, this tool enables the drafting and negotiation of contracts with external service providers. Finally, it is possible to have the final version of the contract electronically signed through Docusign.

CONS

As Leeway is a recent tool, some defects can be corrected, such as the incompatibility of certain document formats at the contract drafting phase.
