They have done serious user research for creating this product. Easily adapts to the changes in the US Immigration laws which I haven't seen with other software.

Being an Admin of the profile, I always like the concept of tracking my employee's activities on day to day basis. It is very useful in keeping track of their activities and helps in reviewing their work month to month. It's also helpful in reviewing all the employee's documents in a single window.

So far I do not face any inconvenience or discomfort at any phase of using the software. As a very picky person when it comes to choosing, this software still satisfied me at every phase of using it.

Their I-9 and H1B Case management system

Timesheet module needs much improvement. Like generating reports and sending automated timesheet reminders to employees whose timesheets are due for submission.

The ease of managing the Employees and securing their documents. Issuing offer letters, and digital signatures. The overall experience with Onblick is quiet good.

Sometimes when we are in the workforce tab we cannot scroll completely down to the bottom of the data because of the screen resolution. Other than that everything seems pretty great.

I9- HR and I9 compliance are excellent, and we can have everything under a single tab. PAF's module is too good as it takes very less time to generate from OnBlick Tharun from customer success is always helpful whenever required.

No such issues with Onblick; we are good. If we have any issues, customer support is ready to help us with the quick resolutions. There are no major concerns to report as of now.
