Excellent use with CLIO

Excellent service

PROS

The ability to synch information from CLIO into PrimaFaceie and from PrimaFacie into CLIO. The structure of the individuals address and employment history.

CONS

I dont know if my dislikes are my lack experience in using the software.

Easy to use & time saver

Great customer service. Very responsibe.

I would like to see more reporting functionality.

Came off their game

It was fantastic at first, but the last year has been a disaster. From their software, billing, admin and customer service, they have slipped.

PROS

When I got Primafacie about 4-5 years ago, it was absolutley awesome. As an immigration attorney, it helped me cut down on having to fill out a number of forms to just asking for a questionnaire and having the info merged into the form. However, things have changed there. Ownership has decided not to focus so much on the software and it shows. I've had to input the same info over and over again, and when it prints out, the info is lost. My last few cases, I've had to go back to downloading forms from uscis to make sure everything was done right. I've had forms rejected by uscis which is unacceptable. If that wasn't enough, I get this huge bill from them. I thought that they were automatically taking out money each month, but for whatever reason, they weren't for almost a year. Who does that? I wish they get their acts together. I've moved on to a different immigration software, but it's really sad for me to leave prima because they had something great once and lost their focus.

CONS

The software doesn't merge info from questionnaires to forms accurately. I've had to start using a different immigration software.

Reason for choosing PrimaFacie

After watching the demo, it did exactly what I needed it to do. For a few years, it was great, but not it's a disaster.

Reasons for switching to PrimaFacie

Primafacie Now software was making my work harder.

Easy to use and good value for the price

It is intuitive and easy to work with it.

CONS

Lots of information does not populate into the form.

Thank you for the review Daniela. We originally designed PrimaFacie to autofill only the information that is duplicated across multiple forms. Currently, we are finalizing our questionnaires feature, which will allow you to quickly collect and populate all the necessary information on the forms. You can look for this to be released mid-June of this year.
