SimpleLaw - Couldn't Practice Law Without It!
Overall, SimpleLaw does exactly what it claims - it simplifies law practice. SimpleLaw enables me to handle my cases seamlessly. It helps me stay organized, efficient, and transparent with my clients. I am a better lawyer because I use SimpleLaw.
PROSSimpleLaw streamlines case management in a way that is easy to use, functional, and client friendly. I love how customizable it is - it makes it easy to tailor the software to exactly what you need.
CONSI haven't really come across any down sides to SimpleLaw - it really meets all my needs. If I run into any trouble or need help with anything, the customer support is outstanding. I cannot recommend it enough.

My experience with SimpleLaw is great! Its ease of learning and use is remarkable. Adding to this, it has exceptional customer support where every inquiry is treated with genuine concern and handled promptly. The frequency of updates they roll out, many of which stem from user suggestions, is truly commendable. I wholeheartedly endorse this software for law firms of any size.

I Love Simple Law and their Customer Service. They are always helpful when needed.
Ease of use. Ease of installation. Minimal training for employees and end users.
CONSClient management is based on a client's email. We are in a rural area and have multiple senior clients that do not utilize email.

New Law Firm, New User
I am a new lawfirm that is hoping to be more efficient at the practice of law. SimpleLaw simply does that. The software is clunky in places but what takes it above the rest is the support staff plus the price point. Other Case management software costs twice what Simple Law does for a minimal amount.
PROSThe software does the most at the best price. What makes this case management system even better is the support staff behind them.
CONSThe program itself can seem a little clunky at times but that being said, the support staff will help you through the logic of that clunkiness

Very Impressed So Far
It's been pretty seamless. Of course not all the fields from the prior product match up perfectly, so there are some frustrations with integration, but that was expected. The SimpleLaw team did all of the integration from my export files and worked with me to match up what we could and make sure the "essentials" were covered. I've provided feedback to the team as to things I felt would be helpful to our practice (based on functionality we had previously) and they have been incredibly responsive. Their service (integration and customer service) have been top notch.
PROSFrankly the first thing that attracted me to Simple Law after reading some comments about it on a Reddit thread, was the price. Our firm was with larger product which became less economically feasible as our practice contracted during COVID. I read a bit about the SimpleLaw and it sounded like it would fit. I met with the sales and training team and gave it a try. It's been just what we needed. It's certainly different than what we had, but it's simple to learn and the customer service has been stellar.
CONSIt's perhaps not as robust as some other options, but honestly, we don't need a lot of that functionality, we don't even use all that SimpleLaw has to offer. I will state SimpleLaw is very responsive to feedback; reports we previously relied upon for time keeping and invoicing which did not exist in SimpleLaw...I made a comment and SimpleLaw is going to move those reports into their next release/update. Not much more you can ask for in my opinion.
Reason for choosing SimpleLaw
Cost and I liked the story a bit. Thought if the demo period worked well, I liked helping out a small company.

SimpleLaw has all the tools I need to manage my practice and work with clients. It's simple to learn and use. The customer service is really great, too!
CONSHonestly, nothing. The only barrier I have is learning the different functionality from my prior case management platforms.
