If a case has a statute of limitations it's important to make it a priority. Docket management and time tracking were better than I expected. Access controls and great security are nice to have. The Legal Assistant isn't limited to use on desktop. Cons: No having full text search makes it difficult to use. There is no client portal. The calendar and scheduling could be better.
