What I like about Moz is that you can get a lot of meaningful insights for more than just one website. Things like that can really help you boos your site's performance, even without paid ads.

The complaint I would make against Moz is the same one I would make against SEM Rush: These are tools that seem to be made for IT/web developers more than marketing directors.

In the early days it was 5/5 however, their total lack of concern for paying customers is worrying.

Performance and result is too bad, even support is not helping out.

Very poor audit, very poor backlinks spy, very very poor content audit which they put their priority on being the best.

It is not a cloud software but ehy the price and the features will make forget this issue.

The price you pay to buy the software is for 6 months only. After 6 months, you still own the software but it stops working.

Love the usability and how easy it is to manage campaigns. Love the Link Assistant makes expediting link building campigns an ease.

I do not perform SEO constantly, it is not my main job. So paying every month for something I do not even use every month really hurts.

Their customer service is spot on and they truly care about the success of the users. This goes a long way and hope they keep innovating and stay onboard the SEO train.
