You can use a large free plan for 5 operators with full access to all the service functionality. The standard plan for 13 operators is $13/month. "Pro" pricing plan is $33/month. The premium pricing plan is $93/month. Plan limits can be increased upon request. The cost increases depending on the number of online users and operators, scenarios, messages in messengers, and the duration of chats storing.

Nice chatbot and site widget combo

Good so far - customer service is prompt and the development seems to be active.

PROS

13Chats is a pretty nice solution for chatbots, customer service messaging, and lead generation widgets. The setup wasn't completely bug-free but once it got going it was quite nice.

CONS

I wish there was a truly omni-channel inbox that includes email SMTP or at the very least, email forwarding with the ability to respond to messages in one area.

Pricing and extended features like lead generation widgets and better limits.

Brilliant online chat for small teams

We communicate to clients via online chat and set the number of popups for visitors retention

PROS

I really liked the feature of popups. You can set up any scenario, from the Cookies notification to Video Widgets

CONS

I really miss the feature of email integration, to have the possibility answer emails via 13chats panel

PROS

The platform was easy to navigate and having separate tabs for conversations, contacts, bots, and analytics made it easy to find the data I needed. The automated bots also provided great customer service and made it easier for me to quickly resolve customer issues. The analytics dashboard also provided me with valuable insights into customer issues and how I could improve my customer services.

CONS

I disliked the fact that there was not much flexibility when it came to customizing the chatbot. Even though it had the capability of offering basic customer service, it could not be adjusted to the customer's particular requirements.

Good combo of chats and widgets

all good, i like it, no serious issues

Two in one, where I have both chats and pop-ups widgets, and one HTML code implementation only, not two different. Everything present in the mobile app

CONS

New service, so some features of established competitors missing, such as analytics or lots of integrations
