ActiveEngage is a web-based live chat solution designed to assist automobile dealerships with enhancing the buying experience of customers through guided assistance. Features include lead routing, real-time escalations, automated form fill, reporting and analytics.

ActiveEngage comes with a PreRead feature, which enables sellers to create responses for customer queries before the message is received. It allows agents to manage chat queues, share media files with buyers and provide information through SMS, pay-per-click ads, social media and more. Moreover, supervisors can handle issues such as overbooking, time conflicts or missed appointments.

ActivEngage offers integration with various third-party applications such as Facebook Messenger, Carfax, Lotlinx, XTime, DealerSocket and more. It comes with mobile applications for iOS and Android. Pricing is available on request and support is provided via email and phone.
