Also the alarm on my radio section is so not needed and I do not know how to take that feature off.

The features are awesome. The membership card and loyalty system alone is great but now to add it in Augmented Reality and your own store is awesome.

We love that Gorgias is easy to use and integrates with the other softwares we use.

Some of the automated flows take a bit of work and there is a lag un status update when tickets are marked done. Not too long but a bit of a lag.

Gorgias allows us to manage our FB, Messenger, Instagram, Amazon, Email, and other Customer Service outlets all in one helpful interface.

What I like most about Gorgias is how much you can customize the inbox and create filters for your needs. I also like how responsive their customer service is.

It makes taking care of customers very easy and efficient. Macros and automations work flawlessly and save so much time.

I think maybe it is difficult to merge some tickets.

Having the ability to also build rules to identify emails and help us prioritise has been fantastic and was definitely a selling point when moving over from our existing platform.

Gorgias has a lot of integrated features that are great for our business such as Shopify integration and a great CSAT system that is easy to use and understand.

They only thing I can think of that would be bad, is the look of the software. It looks old and outdated.

It's quick, easy and effective. We wanted a cleaner / efficient way to manage customer interactions and this helps us do so.

Their customer service is also great, and the monthly webinars they host really make me feel like I'm using the product to it's fullest extent.

I absolutely recommend gorgias as a ticketing solution. The macros save time and increase our reps ability to answer more clients.

I still struggle to understand Chat and reporting.

Very nice user friendly helpdesk package but limited marketplace integrations beyond shopify.

One, succinct terminal for all of our Customer Service needs is very helpful.

I like how customizable the product is in conjunction with it per ticket pricing as opposed to per user pricing.

Gorgias has been great for our needs, and their customer support is one of the best we have across all of the systems we use.

Pricing structure makes a ton of sense and is by ticket, not by seat, which for a small company where we all need transparency into what's going on in the service side of things is great.

The term 'gmail integration' is simply a way to use gmail as the email service provider and not Gorgias itself. Only then can you have trainable spam controls and one location for your spam.

Very easy to use and navigate through. Gorgias is super easy to learn and when you do have a new hire it is pretty simple to get them up to speed quickly.

Tagging in Gorgias is great as well as the easy integration with Shopify. You can do a lot of things without leaving the app.

It simply duplicates whats already being marked as spam by google. Other platforms have spam controls independent from google.

I love how easy it is to use. It has saved us so much time in replying to emails and tracking our internal records.
