Pay per use is charged per engagement – one engagement equals an entire conversation no matter how long, it's not just a click or page load, but a whole conversation. Bundled discounts for monthly engagements include a $19 Lite Plan, and $65 Gold Plan, and many tiered Pro Plans at up to 50% off the unit price, prepay options for greater savings. ALL plans include unlimited bots, unlimited bot prompts (greetings for different pages within your site), and unlimited organizational role-based seats for your account! A Bot Launch Package is available at $499 which includes 3 months of Gold Plan plus 5 dedicated hours to help you set up your initial bot and help with Dialogflow and analytics set up.

Best Dialogflow integration
Very positive work experience, BotCopy is very agile and solution oriented
PROSBotCopy makes it easy to build a useable chatbot without having to know a lot of programming.

Botcopy is a gem
Have been very impressed and satisfied with Botcopy. It is encouraging too to see how it continues to evolve and improved.
PROSIt is easy to configure and use, and allows easy abstraction of the user layer from the guts of the NLP and fulfilment engines. It allows us to easily white label additional points for specific clients.
CONSThe customization documentation can at times be too simplistic and assume too much, could do with a bit more fleshing out of technical examples in some cases
Reason for choosing Botcopy
Dialogflow strangely has a very poor webchannel and holds really no comparison with Botcopy.

CONSanalytic capabilities. It just work with dashbot and must pay for that too
