Great product for managing multi-channel conversations

Pros

The integration with Whatsapp Business finally helped me to use Whatsapp as support channel to my clients assigning the chat to different support agents

Smart, Intuitive, Useful

With Callbell you will forgot the "zapping" around the different tabs or chrome. My sales and support teams are much more efficient.

Pros

I found Callbell by chance, wandering on the internet. I have a travel websites and I love the idea of all communications from WhatsApp / Facebook/ Instagram in the same place. It's a super tool. My support/sales teams are enthusiastic about it.

Cons

No integration with Google+, it would be nice to have it.

Callbell es un buena opción

La experiencia en general con Callbell fue buena, aún con sus cosas por mejorar para ser un software multiusuario y es buena alternativa para introducirse al mercado multicanal de atención en las empresas.

Pros

Entre las principales ventajes de Callbell están: la opción de agregar varios números de WhatsApp dentro de la misma plataforma y también otros servicios como Facebook Messenger.

Cons

Entre los contras de Call se puede mencionar la función del multiusuario, por ejemplo, para que 2 agentes estén conectados de manera simultánea dentro del mismo número de WhatsApp ingresado.
