Effective Customer Engagement and Support
Overall, very satisfied with the product, the team working with us and the relationship management. While our engagement is fairly new, Verticys looks forward to building a long and mutually profitable partnership
PROS1) The platform has extensive and fairly comprehensive features for customer engagement and support in relation to the needs of our company 2) The platform is flexible and multi-channel which allows ease of integration with our software 3) The team working on deployment has been the big differentiator and also the reason for us to choose Engagely over other options available. They have been flexible, extremely customer centric and have gone that extra bit to help us configure and deploy
CONS1) The user training can be improved as a lot of it is still self learn. Even though we had a couple of demo sessions it still requires time to understand. 2) A ready reckoner/ e-manual may be helpful for future reference as the apprehension is that as one or two associates learn to configure and use, if we have to hand over to a new person, it will require significant time and effort to train again,

We have engaged with Engagely to provide service to our clients in doing hassle free income tax return filing. Engagely help us designed bot for data and document collection of our clients which was directly saved in our CRM. Through the use of Bot we were able to service our clients even after office hours as it requires minimum human intervention.
PROSThe ease to provide 24*7 service without human intervention. Its a automatic source of data and document collection for us.
CONSconstraint in terms of path designed as it works on pre defined path. Also there were bugs with hanged the bots many a times.
