We see that Giosg generates more conversions ..
they are great .. very nice, pleasant, great customer service, immediate response .. only have good things to say
PROSThe fact that people can interact quickly and easily with us. Branded in our look & feel. And we simply see that it leads to better conversion rates .. this directly impacts our bottom line (positively!)

Great product, excellent service
Live chat is a modern way to communicate and it is very pleasant especially in handling negative feedback. Chatbots are reliable work mates, who can take care of the customers if live chatters are not available. There has been very little technical problems over the years and the support of Giosg is next level. I work with several software companies and Giosg's support is the easiest and quickest to reach when needed. Always helpful, pleasant and professional!
PROSLive chat is very pleasant way to communicate with visitors, gives you time to consider your replies. Plus you can take care of several chats at the same time. Live chat system is very simple to handle and also train new chatters in the company. Interaction Builder gives you possibility to create elements and interactions on your website when needed. It is quick and cheap way to inform your customers or collect information and with chatbots you can easily get an extra service canal for the faq.
CONSI can't think anything negative about this product.

Good, reliable live chat for SMEs
Giosg is a good all round chat software. Customer service and onboarding excellent. Lacks some of the features that other market leading software provides, but generally this is fine for a small business.
PROSI selected Giosg against other providers primarily because it allows multiple websites with multiple users to login and see only there chats and chat history. This made it an attractive option for future omnichanel services.
CONSThe lack of analytics. Other chat as standard supplies IP address of visitors/chatters. We’ve had a few intermittent issues with the chrome chat notifications too.

Flexible solutions for multichannel markting and customer service
We've used Giosg almost from the beginning as they (Giosg) have said that we were one the first customers they've had. Originally Giosg provided us and our customers a chat portal to communicate and offer support for various customer service tasks and tickets. In the recent years we've been extremely happy for the launch of the Giosg Interaction tools that provided us new ways for marketing our service as well.
PROSAs an overall product Giosg is easy to use and the learning curve to get into the different features and tools is relatively shallow. The integration of the services was fast and after a 1 hour meeting with them we were already in production. After that we’ve been happy growing our businesses with Giosg
CONSI can't really come up anything regarding Giosg that would qualify as the least favorite thing in their software. Maybe you could develop the user interface for the reporting tools a bit more flexible and easier to filter but in overall the features that bring home the bacon are tip top.
