It's been tough onboarding some of my teammates to the software. That's been the biggest, and only, struggle.

Gong is really good for helping you learn what you need to improve on. Really good for hearing how you sound and being able to go over with peers and improve.

It integrates pretty seamlessly with different CRM providers - including Salesforce and HubSpot. Using it to trigger workflows in tools like Zapier is a great feature.

The easy navigation is my favorite part compared to some of the competitors I used before. Hands on help to learn how it works is a great feature too.

I cancelled because my bill got higher monthly , and we used it less. They turned my service back on and charged my company for 3 months of service upfront as a cancellation fee.

It is refreshingly different to other CRMs. For starters, they have a free version which is great.

Missing a lot of simple features in other software. Active lists are somewhat useless in workflows since they're stuck in that workflow even if they're no longer active in the list.

We can send the mail automatically and we can save the mail content too. The cost of the hubspot is medium and features are really good.
