Outstanding Chatbot Option
I've been a huge fan of Instabot throughout our partnership. We previously worked with a couple of alternative chatbot vendors and quickly realized that we only wanted to do business with Instabot and consolidated accordingly. In addition to a terrific, easy-to-use, relatively inexpensive platform, the outstanding Instabot team behind the scenes has made me a huge fan of Instabot.
PROSInstabot is a very intuitive and easy-to-use platform that makes it easy for users of any experience/technical level to build and deploy clean, functional chatbots. The support team at Instabot is AWESOME and does a great job ensuring that all of their clients are set up for success throughout the partnership. All of that for an incredibly competitive price point. You can go with some of the bigger names on the market, which cost more and have inferior support teams, or you can go with Instabot and get the best of all worlds
CONSThere are very few drawbacks to utilizing Instabot, but the lack of native integrations would be one to point to, if I had to pick. Though they have native integrations for many of the most common SaaS platforms and can connect to Zapier (which means you can easily integrate to anything), the native integration options aren't quite as robust as some other platfoms. Reason for choosing Instabot
Instabot, in our opinion, offers an equal/superior platform and user experience to the options presented above, all while doing it with better support and a lower price point. It was an easy decision to make
Reasons for switching to Instabot
While Drift offers a similar offering to Instabot from a technical perspective, it is significantly more expensive (with little to show in advantages for that discrepancy) and doesn't have the same level of support as Instabot. Though it was less about 'problems with Drift' than how great our experience has been with Instabot that led to a full switch.

Happy with the tool. It is simple to use and the team has been so much happier implementing it.
PROSEasy to set up. Easy to use. Easy to manage, and at a good price.
CONSIt's not the cheapest option, but you pay for quality, and its there.

Price, and ease. But also [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was 5 stars the best person to work with. Their team literally did everything we asked, and more. You will find the right deal talking to their team at Instabot.

Just getting started.
So far so good, we've just started using it.
PROSIt looks pretty clean and it's easy to build out to fit my needs thus far.
CONSI wish there was some video content to help walk you through implementing different features. They seem to rely heavily on written documentation.

Instabot best for a fast start into the chat bot world
Overall a very positive startup experience getting pre-sales and post sale support assistance to answer questions and gain clarification. I think this product has all you need if you're just getting started with a chatbot. And if you are looking for advanced features down the road, Instabot is there with the AI and other feature/functionality. Instabot is quite intuitive to use and get up and running unlike so many others I evaluated.
PROSVery easy to configure a multi layered bot in a short amount of time. The software provides a simple to understand visual layout that allows viewing the overall bot functionality or drilling down into the sections. It's quite easy to add links to pages and complex branching if you need. Customization is possible to setup images to match your site and unique welcome messages. Advanced keyword driven AI is also possible to add more intelligence to the functionality of the bot. You can use the Visual UI to see how your bot is to function and this makes getting started and going live very simple.
CONSSetting up the AI portion requires some additional work in integration with Google's API but I believe the support provided by the company is excellent and can assist. I do like that the AI function exists in a program of this price and once functioning, adds tremendous power to the product.

Already stated. These products were overly complex to get started and more expensive. Some also had far less features.

Service Provider - Pushing Instabot
really like Instabot as i feel we still need the ability to bounce between structured and un structured conversations

PROSIt is easy to build the chatbot flow. Easy to customize. Different web pages could have a different chatbot flow. A good experience from the sales and support from the Instabot team
