  • Pros

  • What I like most about Intercom is that it makes conversing with our customers super easy.
  • It's so powerful and easy to use. It was effortless to set up, and all our business users (who've never done customer support before), find it very easy to use, and the users love it too.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes messages get lost and its tough to find the message trail of particular string. Sometimes unable to identify customers.
  • It can be confusing to use. The API CAN be confusing at first since there is a lot of terminology they use.

  • SendBird makes it really us to build out complex chat features with minimal overhead. This helps us quickly differentiate vs. other competitors.
  • The platform offers a large set of tools and features to help you build a chat solution quickly.
  • Cons

  • Lack of flexibility with moderation, lack of multi user per account.
  • Not open prices as they provides different price to different customers. Some core features are missing with different platform.
