LexReception is a Great Option for Small Firms
Excellent
PROSThey answer my calls, set appointments and free up my time to work on legal matters. Tehe managment team is very responsive and they customize the script the way you want. I use the app on my phone and can return calls, if necessary, and can even send a text message to callers. My assistant and I are able to take notes in the app. so we can see what the other has done.
CONSThere is nothing that I don't like. It works the way I expected and more.
Reason for choosing LEX Reception
Sales rep for lex was more informative and provided more information about the software and how I can use it and customize it.
Reasons for switching to LEX Reception
I had my other service for years and they were great; however, after a management change their service changed and I was no longer happy.

LEX Reception has been grearf
Overall, my experience with LEX Reception has been excellent. I am a happy customer.
PROSI like the value. I had been using a different company. I really liked the service they provided, but when I learned about LEX Reception, I requested a meetign to disucss the service they could provide and it turned out they cold provide comparale service for about 25% less than what I was paying. I also love how responsive they are to my needs and input.
CONSIt can be challenging to get the receptionists to pronounce things correctly.
Reasons for switching to LEX Reception
Cost. Answering Legal was much more expensive.

A timely solution
Useful to see the message, have the call integrate with my practice management software, and be able to hear the call.
CONSScripting is not perfect, but with the human element it's still pretty good.
