  • The customer support live chat from Live Help is awesome. Quick response to your questions.
  • The ease of use, very easy to navigate with. Love how we can add candid response helps with quicker chats.
  • Cons

  • It is little bit difficult to apply roles to each agent.
  • There are very few things that we could complain about with the software.

  • Easy to use and very comprehensive. It has all essential and necessary tools to make the business successful.
  • The ease of onboarding and ability to configure without technical knowledge. The best part is automated review of template messages.
  • Cons

  • There are some bugs in here and there, but nothing that is too severe that pending us from using the feature and tools in here.
  • The software package price scheme is not too flexible, and not cater all type of business size, especially for a single user or a personal usage.
