We have enjoyed our experience with Octane and it provided what we needed and when we needed it within our department. We will definitely recommend the use of Octane to other firms who's goals our similar to ours.

We liked being able to learn and analyze our customers mannerisms and actions within our software and website. We are able to clearly build out successful models based on the data produced by Octane.

It was fairly difficult to integrate for what we wanted to accomplish. It served us well, but there could be improvements in the ease of deployment and ease of access.
