Glad we switched!

Integrating Optimy has increased our live chats by 3x! As a busy team that has other priorities, we weren't always able to reply to our chats in a timely fashion, resulting in lost leads. Utilizing the Optimy team to be the first point of contact means all leads are replied to on average within 7 seconds! This has been a huge upgrade for our user experience. Optimy is incredibly accommodating and dedicated to ensuring everything is to our preference. Installation was easy and fast! We're so glad we made the switch!

PROS

Optimy was easy and fast to install. We love that the Optimy agents will reply to leads right away and filter and funnel the hot leads to our agents. It frees up our time and brings us into the conversations that matter most. Optimy sends a text and email notification for a live chat link which ensures we don't miss them!

CONS

I used the Observe Mode once and it seemed to "break" the chat. I've been hesitant to use it again in fear that I'll disconnect from my lead again. I also wish that we could send and receive attachments like images and files.
