Additionally, I’ve encountered multiple issues where the bot sends random characters and symbols, making the conversation confusing and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the bot has generated incorrect product prices on several occasions, inventing prices that don’t match the actual listings. When I first contacted support, I was told I’d receive a response within 12 hours. However, after 14 hours with no reply, I followed up, only to receive vague responses that seemed like stalling tactics, as if the representative didn’t understand my concerns. I then requested a refund, but they outright refused, stating they don’t offer refunds.
