Excellent Tool

It was easy to implement, all the features I needed to use worked very well, and when I needed help I got fast and effective support from SignalZen.

PROS

I love how easy it was to implement, and the outstanding and fast response from their customer support.

CONS

I have not found anything that I don't like because when I need something I just ask, and SignalZen responds.

The price was the deciding factor.

Great and cheap, we love it!

I love it and we will keep on using it for sure.

PROS

I love that we can message our customers through Slack, it's very easy and efficient as we already use Slack for work. Their customer support is also great, responded to us quickly when we had questions. They're also very cheap!
