I like this app and was first introduced to it when I joined a technical support team. It is fast and reliable and has a nice interface which is easy to navigate.

I liked it because it has this great feature of integration with other software like google drive.

Love that it's user friendly and was very easy to set up. It is real easy to communicate with other team members.

Slack is refined, clean, and very user friendly. It integrates with many other tools in our stack and always offers a great experience.

The different channels help to keep conversations organized. The fun features make this instant messaging fun and add flair.

When te connection is down, the messages stay grey and after some minutes, they fail, so sometimes the internet connection come back and those failed messages are sent after the previous ones.

Overall, I'd say that once a company is used to the mechanisms and abilities of slack, it has the potential to do a lot of good. Once comfortable with it, it is quite efficient and enjoyable.

I love the feature that allows you to pin links to the header of a channel making it easy for others to access certain documents. In addition,  The Slackbot is a great help tool.

It's really useful, practical and easy to use. Great way to communicate and even fun because you can add your own emogi and use giphy.

The best thing about this software is its easy to use and very useful functions. I love being able to select groups to notify or send announcements easy, essentially getting rid of email.

The only thing that I dislike is that I can easily get distracted by the notifications.

What is nice about slack is that you can have multiple channels based on what the communities interests are and that tagging people in messaging is really helpful.

Webhooks are incredibly useful. Custom emojis are great for teams to develop a fun atmosphere.

From keeping message history to other basic necessities, Slack charged for a lot of it. Comparing it to Discord, it cannot compete.

Super light and easy to use interface. Integration services with Google apps (Calendar, Sheets, etc) are excellent and seamlessly integrated into the conversations.

I love the look and how it is comfortable in the eyes. Functional in all aspects especially the integration with other apps that we use like Time Doctor and Asana.

You can easily confuse groups your in and comment something to the wrong team ( I've done it on many occasions) and confused the heck out of some coworkers.

I really liked Sprinklr and it's a software that I always tell people to check out. It's on the upper end of price for social media software so be aware of that.

I don't like how you have to actually have the software up to get the messages. They get emailed, but not for sometime later.

I run a Twitter handle for a big company, so it's great to use the Editorial Calendar and plan out posts for the full month.

Pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it.

We have been very happy with our Sprinklr partnership - if your company has the budget to support the (expensive) tool, then I think it is definitely worth it.

Should you run into a technical error, it will take a long time to fix.

It is difficult to understand all the possibilities that it has, and at the same time, it does not seem to have some management options that would be fundamental.

Creating widgets in the analytics function can be tricky and not always the easiest to set up.

With this feature you're being able to see your customers diversity. The other features are really helpful and easy to use as well but my favorite is audience profile.

The interface is pretty sleek and you can view what posts might look like pretty easily.

The software is becoming increasingly intuitive, which makes it even easier to study the data presented and respond as appropriate.

I mostly use for Twitter and the search tool is really bad. There are also some content formats, such as poll, that I can't post with the software, something that makes my life pretty hard.

In addition, it is hard to tag others in Facebook/LinkedIn posts when publishing through Sprinklr, as the platform isn't integrated enough to correctly tag.

As a team we've been able to respond to social media inquiries with ease. It's great to have our social content consolidated into one space.

I am on a project at work and have been using Sprinklr for this project. It has been a great tool to store documents and have discussions.
