But the biggest problem was that we had to appoint a dedicated resource for that and sometimes, the customer query was not responded real time which create negative impact on customer and we lose the sale also. For other tools, Price is very high Plus we have to bear the cost of a dedicated employee for the same. But Since, We have installed the chatbot, so customer queries are responded real time and we don’t need dedicated employee to handle chats which saves our money.
