Simple to use, extensive feature set and deployed in minutes
I needed to be able to quickly deploy chat widgets to websites, and be able to turn them off and on depending on the current needs of the website. This software solved all of my problems, and I had to put very little effort in to get it up and running. The support team are really helpful, and they have great documentation and example integrations too.
PROSI have several web applications which require a chat solution, so I may assist my customers and my client's customers, so the ability to quickly configure and deploy multiple chat widgets was essential. This product handled that with ease, and because of the widget configuration system, I can easily update and change my widget without needing to update the code on my website. Coupled with the integrations with external systems, and the custom webhooks, I was able to get all the relevant data from Talkative, into my bespoke applications with ease. As I am a web application builder, sometimes I need to help guide customers through the more complex parts of the websites I build, for example I have an event booking application which some users have difficulties with. The Cobrowsing tool makes it really easy to help guide my customers through booking processes without the needing them to install additional software, no only this, but I can also interact with their booking forms to help them complete their booking, all whilst hiding any sensitive data to gives my customers confidence in their security.

Excellent in all respects.
Talkative has been a great tool to help me deliver consultative service to my high value clients. I've used it to generate leads and sales from clients all over the world. The support has been great too.
