It's a very functional friendly platform with easy to use data transfer options, making it a seamless tool for recording conference calls, transcription, and accompanying sales tools for gauging sales calls for efficiency and content. #### Cons There's only one issue I've ever seen and that is the transcriptions that aren't 100%. That seems to be coming from accents, slang, and general clarity of call.
