Excellent. Would highly recommend and happy to talk to people looking at bringing it out for their business.
PROSThe aftercare and follow up is sensational along with the way that the VVN can be adapted and can be used to promote and how easy it is for us to change and alter things.
CONSThe odd time that the client puts a strange request in, especially in veterinary business the conversations can be awkward. However the team are watching this and often bring it up to me before it is noticed and it is already on the way to being resolved.

The clean interface and highly responsive customer support. The ability to manage online bookings in a more straightforward manner.
CONSThere are no major cons currently. There was only a minor loss of functionality, in terms of confirmation email generation, but this was easily mitigated.
