Director The Strand Veterinarian Limited

Great experience, listened to feedback and worked hard on solutions.

PROS

Connecting clients with us 24/7, converting time inefficient phone calls into emails for bookings, basic product enquiries and script requests, directing customers to our on line booking, potential for client education and promotion enormous in the future :)

CONS

We were an early adopter and team trust was initially an obstacle as they were concerned about retaining a high standard of customer service, however like all new initiatives, now they would not do without him.

Review of VVN

Excellent. Would highly recommend and happy to talk to people looking at bringing it out for their business.

PROS

The aftercare and follow up is sensational along with the way that the VVN can be adapted and can be used to promote and how easy it is for us to change and alter things.

CONS

The odd time that the client puts a strange request in, especially in veterinary business the conversations can be awkward. However the team are watching this and often bring it up to me before it is noticed and it is already on the way to being resolved.

Virtual Vet Nurse

PROS

The clean interface and highly responsive customer support. The ability to manage online bookings in a more straightforward manner.

CONS

There are no major cons currently. There was only a minor loss of functionality, in terms of confirmation email generation, but this was easily mitigated.

Vendor Response

Thanks for the review James. Confirming that your comment (cons) is in relation to the ezyVet real-time integration.
