Excellent Chatbot

Customer engagement

PROS

Amazing bot builder which I use for my Facebook messenger chat automation. The architecture of using skills is amazing as it saves us a lot of time. The UI is way different from many chat and may seem little overwhelming for a novice user but after a tiny bit of learning, it becomes a perfect tool which you cannot look beyond. The support is fantastic as they are ready to listen to us and take necessary action to meet our needs. Loved being part of their journey. Hoping they will be crowned as the best bot builder in the world.

CONS

It did not have the team feature in the past but now they have added it. so we can share bots with others. There are some features which are missing which are personal desires which cannot be mentioned as a con.

Worth every penny

I work with a lot of eCommerce websites. I thought it would be nice to get a chatbot to answer FAQs and provide a few links. This does so much more than that. It has opened the door for me to do so much for my clients and re-create for the next and the next after that. The best tools make you look like a genius and amaze your clients. This has proven to be that and more...

PROS

There are so many ways to use this that I'm still finding new opportunities years later. They keep adding to the options and I keep finding use cases for them.

CONS

I struggled at first to figure it out but then I had a call with the lovely Iryna and she helped me understand how to use it. Blue skies from that point on. I'm so happy to have it as an option in my product suite.

Reasons for switching to Activechat

More options and less restrictions. Client complained about the look and feel of it. Thought it wasn't as professional looking as it should be. The robot head was a real turnoff for him.

Powerful chatbot for NLP

I use Activechat for events confirmation, the bot will search the guest information in a google sheet spreadsheet and if the user is validated, the chatbot will ask for confirmation and update the spreadsheet. I also used it for Facebook pages and website.

PROS

-NLP features are really good-Native integration with Google Sheets-Ability to send emails

CONS

-The chatbot widget for the website has an error when visiting from mobile, I reported this almost a year ago, and they confirmed it is a bug and will pass it to the development team, until now the error is still there. -That makes my website chatbot unusable.-Not intuitive at all

Feature Rich chat bot for facebook and Web

Having a bot is an advantage for your business for sure

PROS

Having a woocommerce site than activechat is a must have bot for your facebook page. Not only for facebook they have bots for other platforms like telegram, and whatsapp bots are about to launch in a while. They have launched a website widget too. NLP is an addition to this bot its just more interactive than any other bot available. I am waiting for whatsapp integration

CONS

There are some hiccups in the UI for webites widget hope they come up with the solution soon,

Amazing Bot Platform

The visual chatbot builder is very good. it uses lego blocks that you connect to a flow. It is easy to use and very intuitive. It does take a bit of time to get used to, but the learning curve is not as steep as I feared.

PROS

The system is very flexible and it is really easy to incorporate AI functions through Dialogflow. The team is super responsive and they get hotfixes out fast if there are any issues. The team is also listening to users and suggestions for features. I have sent in several feature requests that made it to the roadmap. I am very excited about this and I am definitely in for the long run!

CONS

The platform needs a better subscription/sequence system. This should be an upcoming feature though. So all in all I am super happy with my account.
