Voiceoc helped us reduce burden on our staff significantly
Voiceoc product is very well suited for the healthcare industry. They have been working with large scale healthcare enterprises globally and so, their understanding of the pain point was very clear and their product was loaded with features that helped us reduce calls traffic & work load on front desk staff plus increase appointment bookings. The system was very well integrated with all our backend systems.
CONSThere was no downside as such however, I would have liked it if they had delivered the system more quickly than the time they took.

Fantastic, Innovative & Human-like AI experience
Voiceoc team helped us overcome one of the biggest challenges that we had which was to deliver immediate & personalised support to our patients and drive more bookings. The AI was very smart and gave a human-like experience to all our patients. It automated our entire process of appointment booking, customer support, and feedback. The dashboard was very easy to use and the Voiceoc team has been very supportive in our transition to adopting such an AI system.
CONSIt would have been better if their package allowed us to have unlimited agent licenses.

Great experience with Voiceoc!
Overall, these are a great, knowledgeable, and extremely charming bunch of people, who have demonstrated "Best-In-Class" practices while working on our project.
PROSFor us at Abeer Medical Group, patient experience is very important. Implementing a Chat-Bot was envisaged as a strategic initiative for it to create and became a "Patient Self-Serve" environment, alongside assisting engaging patients to help on some of the "Easy-To-Self-Do tasks" like booking of Doctor Appointment slots, or slots to services, being able to delve into the type of Service available at a location, being able to auto-sync Medical reports etc. While technology at the core of these systems, is one thing, the best thing about Voiceoc team is the absolute transparency we observed during design and implementation phase. The team is demonstrates astute propositions to deliver a well performing platform. Kudus to them.
CONSHonestly, Nothing... We will all agree that in the realm of Technology, Evolution is a singular constant. Therefore, we are going to be extremely excited when a few additions get induced within the current chat system and the Actual "intelligence" of identification and process stream gets initiated. Team voiceoc agrees to this requirement and have vociferously committed to deliver :)

Reduced our patient wait time significantly
Voiceoc team delivered us a conversational AI that we were looking for. Their product is amazing and well suited for the healthcare industry. They worked with us like a true partner and helped us make a smooth transition to using AI to handle our patient queries. Their system made it very easy for our patients to interact with the hospital 24x7 in their preferred language and reduced patient wait time by 100%.
CONSThere are no downsides to Voiceoc. My experience has been great.
