Great concept, Works well but needs some improvements
The business problems we are solving with Ally LMS are simple, we are getting good training to help the managers and staff do better and be better. Also, by providing safety training we are creating a safer work environment for everyone.
PROSThe pros of Ally LMS are: It's easy to use, Informative, Insightful and helpful. The extra documents that are provided with each course are very nice and help you understand each course more.
CONSThe Cons of Ally LMS are: Clicking each arrow on some training segments. I understand it's for engagement but it didn't seem necessary. Courses you've partially done/finished could be more prominent. Moving from one course to the next could be automatic.
