Pros/Cons

Pros
Easy to use and very beneficial. I used it for many online college courses. It keeps everything organized and allows people to collaborate.
I love how easy it is to use. I love how as a teacher, I have total control of the blackboard and can turn on and off features for my students.

Cons
It can be a little glitchy at times but overall, the pros greatly outweigh the cons for blackboard as a student.
I would say that the overall cost is a little pricey for what you get, the customer service is okay but it isn't great.

Pros
Easy to use and very accessible. A lot of features that other LMS do not have.
I love the versatility and the customizations that are available to everyone for free.

Cons
The price for the enterprise version is pricey, but the free version still packs a punch.
Sometimes it goes down so that would be the only issue that I see with it. Other then that it is a great program.
