The product offers authentic phishing simulations, enabling users to develop skills in detecting and avoiding phishing attacks. I do use other products from the parent company so having additional workflows and integrations is a bonus. #### Cons There is really not a con to the product, in general, If users do not actively participate or take the training seriously, the desired outcomes may not be achieved. Ensuring consistent user engagement and encouraging a security-conscious culture within the organization is crucial for maximizing the benefits of the training. You can use the default templates or edit those to add your own touch to the emails. Reports are seamless, download is ready to go out in 1 minute and easy to follow #### Cons The development team needs to keep up on new material on a more consistent basis.
