I've never waited more than an hour or two for a response when I reach out with questions. Support has been comprehensive and very receptive to feedback. Additionally, the functionality of the platform, particularly the Engage module and work personality have been an invaluable tool for management in our company. Cons: Not a lot not to like. Integrations to other job boards might be easier and helpful - we still find we rely heavily on recruiters, but that isn't necessarily a Compono issue. But having recommended job boards based on the job type or location could be helpful. also, integrations (API) with common HRIS's would be very helpful. It was an amazing tool to identify what key things about our culture our team enjoyed and where we needed to put some work in. Once that was identified we could utilise our culture to identify if a applicant in our recruitment process was a good fit. Cons: The only 2 things we didn't like were1. Inability to integrate paid linked-in recruitment applicants into the system automatically. 2. Bumpiness of applicants actually filing in the details. Multiple applicants both did not complete the application or partially completed it thinking they were done.
