The first start seems a bit difficult but the instructions you get in the training calls really help to hit the ground running.

I only used this software for less than 6 months at a previous job. It is very user friendly and made it incredibly easy to keep track of all of my CEU's that are required for my license.

What I like most about the program is that it is user friendly. My users are field techs, who need that ease to quickly fulfill requests.

I love the ability to put in availability and the ability to see all of our available spots that need to be filled.

When you are composing a message, there is no indication that you've timed out and as a result you lose the entire message while you were in process of composing it. This is very frustrating.

Overall, I believe this software is better than almost all others in this category.

The whole Vairkko support team has always been easy to reach and very responsive when needing help with many various topics and needs.

There are glitches a lot and they can be annoying sometimes.

One of the companies I work with was actually award that GOLDEN GATE AWARD by OSHA. Huge recognition to our QR scanner badges our employees wear.

We have seen it evolve and it is really is a great tool. We are now working on the HR application to the program.

It takes a while to understand how to use the software; not the most user friendly, but once you get the hang of it its  a good package.

It does exactly what is promised and is really easy to use and for a price which is really worth the money.

Ability to track multiple licenses and certifications is of great use for our organization. The notifications are also a great feature.

You should be able to start writing a message, and not get timed out at all. An option is to compose it in another software first, then copy and paste into Vairkko, but that's frustrating.

The most important feature to me is the management of CE requirements and tracking including the evaluations and certificates.

My experience with classroom has been a very positive one, it has make learning during the pandemic easier to manage.

I like how easy it is for teachers to send information or activities to students. It's really easy to access and use.

It also allows other features, running events, payments, creating groups of customers, 2-way communications with members. The customer service is normally quick and always courteous and professional.

It facilitates the students' progress in the subject and allows a direct and bidirectional communication between the student and the teacher.

I don't like how for students it complicates things. They have a difficulty accessing the documents they have to, later, complete and submit.

The duration of the session is short so that you have to exit and re-enter it every 40 minutes or pay an amount of money for subscribing to this service.

The interface design can become boring over time.

eLearning Cloud is a cloud-based learning management solution (LMS) from VAIRKKO that enables organizations to provide training to their employees. The solution allows users to distribute learning content to company employees, create new training courses, update corporate policies and conduct new employee orientations. Users can upload movies, PowerPoint files, PDFs, images and audio clips. They can configure course prerequisites to guide new employees through learning and development programs. Post-course test actions require employees to give practical applications of what they have learned in the courses and provide course feedback.


eLearning Cloud provides remedial training to employees on test questions they answered incorrectly. The solution offers multiple question types such as blanks, multiple choice questions and numeric questions. Users can set time limits on the courses so that employees must finish the courses within a stipulated time. They can also configure notifications to receive emails or SMS messages when employees finish their courses.
