The right-management uses an odd system, where it is not possible to combine different rights into one account.

I sometimes get lost when navigating around the platform, but everything is there once I search.

The web conference works so fine and gives me a good way of talking to the students in small groups. And I can follow the students progression of course.

I can be creative and make great courses. It is just so easy to do and it makes my work playfull.

One of the key strengths of the software lies in it's usability and it's flexibility. The features are very easy to use and to adapt according to ones business needs.

One is that I miss a global content box - a way to update something on every page in one operation. Another is that the web conference is not a webinar tool.

Eurekos eash of use and over the top support allows me create xAPI content and recover the data to prove through various visualizations learning is taking place.

Giving the platform a unique branded look is allowed within limits, but options are more limited than I as a web designer would prefer.

This software is packed full of easy to learn and use features and widgets with very easy publishing and review techniques.

Overall, I had a great experience with Eurekos. They were very helpful and responsive to any questions I had.

We use the archives a lot, and we really miss classifying our videos in folders (we also do screencasts for our students after each lesson).

Eurekos rapid course builder supports some specific features that allow me to visualize and create an overall course structure by which I can add content.

The support we received before developing our learning schedules and after implementing them was absolutely fantastic.

The system is extremely intuitive and makes loading courses, pictures and videos very easy and straightforward.

Users can now enroll themselves into the platform and choose activities to participate in. That is a great time saver for user administrators like myself.

So, the Customer Service people are amazing. Easy to reach, they understand my problem/question, and go out of the way to help me find solutions.

The platform; however,  isn't always intuitive and can become very messy if you are unsure about what you're doing.

Ease of use and support from staff have been great. I think it is a great solution that allows companies to get set up quickly without a lot of the complexities with other systems that I've used.

The system makes sure that the teacher and student are taken care of, by proactively identifying what will be needed and having it ready. Above all the customer service is FANTASTIC.

I also like the real-time reports that this software generates.

Customer support was great, and there is a learning curve for this. Adding video and text modules was very straight forward.

Giving tests and quizzes are as easy as monitoring the students' growth and performance.

We have a limited team here that deals with our tech issues and questions. We have relied on J and Adrian so many times, I have lost count.

I liked the ease of use, the fact that I could build the program out myself.

Simple reports on the courses purchased are easy to generate for our accounting team to appropriately credit the revenue to the right program.

Inability to generate reports summarizing quiz/evaluation results (aggregate across learners).

The one major thing I disliked was the setup fee.

The test component of courses is somewhat limited, in terms of offering multiple attempts, innovative item types, multimedia, or even answer string reports to diagnose poor functioning questions.
