LMS in the Care Sector
The platform has so much to offer and I'm still learning after years of working on the system. There is a vast catalogue of online learning and its easy to use. The information is presented clearly and precise making it user friendly for users of all abilities. There are many different report/data functions, which has made keeping on top of compliance a lot more efficient.
CONSThe system can run slow as the reports/data gets larger, we have noticed this across the organisation, despite different wi-fi connections/speeds.There is slight duplication on the system, which can be confusing for example there will be multiple options to complete a task.
