Pages are so often the same from page to page that I get lost. Trying to see which courses have been completed by which employees for example, is not intuitive.

The timing of classes are not always accurate as Niche Academy provides services all over the world, sometimes time zones are a factor. In addition glitches are a ongoing struggle at times.

The staff training system is limited in terms of the options available for recording videos and setting up administrators.

I have had a incident where I was only half way through a class & it froze. Tried 3 more times & it still wouldn't play.

My overall experience has been very positive. There are a lot of great resources, opportunities to implement staff training and patron assistance, and ongoing professional development options.

I love that there is an option to build our own modules, access free ones from the marketplace, and the customer support is amazing.

There wasn't really anything that I could say that I don't like about this software.

The support team worked with us and it is working a lot better now. We like the accessibility of support and the customization options for the content in the courses and academies.

What I like most about this software is the ability to help patrons navigate our online resources and the ability to offer staff training through an online system.

They have a super customer service department who respond very quickly. I love that Niche keeps their tutorials updated which is the worth the weight in gold.

Uploaded trainings can become open to others and no longer under the authority of the author.

I love taking courses to help me with the library or with my patrons.and Niche always have a lot of courses that is great to learn.

You can start/stop when needed and this will pick up where you left off. Being that I am not tech savvy, this is a wonderful tool to use for training.

At the beginning of Niche the marketplace was manageable, but now with as many libraries contributing to the marketplace it has been hard to figure out what tutorials are really out there.

The division of the courses into modules made it easy to track progress and to complete the training even if one session was interrupted, as the progress through the module was saved.

For whatever reason, possibly to do with reclassification or retitling of the courses, some of the courses I initially completed in our staff academy now show no completion.

I've found that there is good support and the company is responsive when I needed assistance.

I recently became admin and it's very difficult to find how to assign a training video to my staff.

It is hard to tell where information comes from, some of our users prefer cited sources.

While I've been nervous about signing on the dotted line, Travitor has been very accommodating and easy to work with, so they've made those pen strokes quite simple.

The ability to add your own courses. Travitor make this extremely easy to do.

I am still monitoring the ROI on the cost of retention but I feel like it will continue to enable us to roll out regionally specific programs without incurring travel costs.

I have taken numerous trials if probably ten LMS’s and love the user experience and ease of administering that Travitor offers. I am excited to have our launch.

The program is pretty intuitive and uses a step by step process to do this. I like being able to track completion of training courses, create dues dates, and add new users with only a few steps.

However, when courses are organized in a lesson group mode, there is no way to get notifications when the individual lessons of the entire course are completed.
