PeopleFluent LMS provides a really powerful collection of functions and tools for elearning packages. Analytics are quite good compared to other similar lightweight LMS platforms.

This LMS is great with elearning and has a lot of options with different types of media offering and certifications.

Very simple system to use, what I like is the video training which is pretty much what most companies do nowadays. Probably the best thing that it does is that it integrates easily with most systems.

The info is often outdated or links broken. Client support extremely poor.

Product is organized well but lacks good integration. Product enhancements are slow to delivery.

It's pretty easy to find anything you need as well from the main screen.

It can be a bit clunky, difficult to create a reporting system from scratch, batching is a problem, and requires many steps in the system.

Upgrades are always problematic (if installed on site). Too many man hours and resources required to maintain the system.

Database tables are messy - eg. A primary key used as a foreign key in another table has a different name.

We really switched over to ERP for advanced pricing, the problem being is sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.

The things I like best about TrueERP is that it is user-friendly and straightforward. It also makes invoicing very easy.

Only that with the last update some of our templates were affected & some preferences were changed which was a little time consuming to fix.

So instead of saying that was something they missed, they force me to pay $1,500 in order to get that change.

We have had this issue before with numbers not working. The support I can get thru to leave a message is based out of Hawaii.

It does help me manage the daily business, I think it’s good and it does what I want it to do.

If I leave and go away for a job it will log me off and I have to log back in.

They made one excuse after another and it became evident that they had no experience in EDI connections with major retailers and did not have a clue on how to make an interface work.

The system is not flexible. We were told it would interface with SolidWorks, this has yet to happen.

Like most ERP software it has similar functions. There is no difference from other software.

So far I haven't seen anything they are missing though.

It allows you to control the inventory accurately and easily. The interface is user friendly and doesn't take much effort to learn.

Great customer service, it's user friendly and very reasonably priced.
