So much potential...but its not there yet

This system, if it did all that was promised would be incredibly powerful and useful, but as it is I have spent way too much time working with technical support identifying problems and testing solutions for what was supposed to be a product that was ready to roll out.

PROS

The ease of assigning training videos to enrolled staff and their ease of logging in to view them. This the Trainery LMS does very well.

CONS

The remainder of the system NOT related to assigning/viewing videos. The tracking, and "Learning Management" is full of bugs, does not report accurate useful information, and feels very un-polished. The system feels like a beta test that shouldn't have been released yet. We have received stellar customer service from our account reps, but it seems that they don't have a lot to work with sometimes.
