No Surprises

Can't say enough good things. Absolutely love this software over all the competitors we've had in the past. Hands down the best out there for the price.

PROS

It may not be the "prettiest" but it is very user friendly and most importantly IT WORKS. Our company has been through 3 other software platforms over the last 8 years. All previous companies over promised and under performed. Do not be distracted by fancy software features. Those fancy features do not do you any good if the core software doesn't work. AxisCare works! No data loss, no saving issues, rarely down for maintenance and easy to navigate.

CONS

I really can't answer this question because AxisCare is always rolling out new functions and features and they listen to what their clients want. There have been multiple features our office has needed that were added within a few months. That's unheard of in this industry!

Excellent Homecare System

the cutomer support and billing is terrible

We feel for the price this could be a great product but the way the service is being handled has our company very concerned and we actually are looking for other products to replace this company.

PROS

The prodcut itself is not bad for the money but the service is terrible

CONS

The prodcut itself is not bad but they way the tickets are not handled, there is no trail t follow up. the forms dont work properly and they change our setting and funtions with out telling us causing issues for us and causing us to lose money. When we call and ask for a supervisor they will do everything to keep you from letting anyone know. I also have concerns about the billing and how its handled. They bill when they want to, no set dates and rep. is always off with sick kids and then has the nerve to put warnings that we have not paid and not take off after we pay and refuse to help our staff because we had a past balance and had payments scheduled and prmised to pay as soon as the benk allowed. Really concered about the direction that this company is going with the poor service and lack of polocies except making rules up as they go. Also the customer service reps are very rude and really dont want to hear what we say but just get us off the phone as soon as possible.

AxisCare is the best!

I always have a wonderful experience with AxisCare, and I know I can count on support if I have any questions!

PROS

I love being able to do my job quickly and efficiently.

CONS

The only thing I struggle with is having to clock in and out many of our caregivers because the location services aren't always accurate for them to do it themselves, but that's not too much of an issue.

Implementation and use of Axicare within our Home Care Company

The user-friendly layout is key, the reminders the system does, and most of all all the detailed reports that can be generated from it.

CONS

I wish we could have our CRM company Nutshell integrated with this as it would have with data collection and entry

What i like about AxisCare

I love working with AxisCare because its easy, and it has a support system which help me learn how to operate functions that i have not knowledge of. I can call them when i need help with learning how to complete my work when i don't know how to work the system.

PROS

Its easy and convenient to work with. I don't have to such out different locations to access what i am looking for.

CONS

Well, i like AxisCare more than other systems that i had worked with. It's much easier for me to work with; therefore, I can't think of nothing at this time.

The best partner in Home Care Software on the market

I highly recommend AxisCare and anyone considering this software can feel free to reach out to me to ask questions at anytime!

PROS

I have truly loved the team behind the software and the responsiveness they have in supporting the industry. I have witnessed how they have moved their software to meet the needs of home care operators instead of trying to move operators to meet the software. They have done this while keeping the software easy to use, simple to get new users up and running, and just enough customization to make it our own. I have and will continue to recommend AxisCare to all of my friends in the industry. They are truly a partner for the success of my agency!

CONS

When we first started, not all of the features that we had hoped for were ready to go, they have been working diligently on getting these ready and we have been able to influence its development.

Very good software system so fast paced work environment

AxisCare has been great. We switched from another software in Dec 2019 and so far I do not have any complaints. This has been a drastic improvement from our previous software.

PROS

AxisCare is so easy to use and my click time has decreased dramatically since switching to this software system. I love they have a caregiver app and how user friendly scheduling is. It makes my life as a scheduling manager much easier!

CONS

I do wish there was a way for caregivers to confirm the shifts on their schedule so you know they are checking their schedules and there are no conflicts.

Easy to use system

Overall, I think this is a good system, especially for new beginners.

Not able to make changes to for access for roles. There needs to be accessible for the consumer to give access.

Using Axis Care

Overall I like the program. It does have glitches but once you call customer service they are able to fix it.

It can be user friendly, but the administrator side to setup things is a little harder to use.

CONS

That the system has been having a lot of glitches lately.

Constant Changes w/o Notice

It would be really nice if there was easy training available for our office staff, new employees, etc. Also, if we could be notified of changes WELL before they are put into effect, that would be really helpful.

PROS

I like that we are able to keep all of our scheduling in one program and it has compatibility with our applicant tracking software.

CONS

It changes constantly without any sort of notice or training - it is difficult on our office staff who rely heavily on the scheduling software in order to perform their job duties.

It’s our goal to continuously improve our product so that agencies can be more productive moving through the system. We send coming soon release notes, release how-to videos on major updates and offer free ongoing support and training to help navigate these updates. Bad Investment

Its a bad experience and I would not recommend it to no one. I was a previous customer who merely wants to activate my old site to retrieve old records. I paid you well over $500 and my site keeps getting deactivated. I'm not even using your services and you're charging me top dollar and unfairly. The site again is de-activated which I assume will be another extensive bill for minimal days. I agreed to a month. When I spoke to your rep she ensured me the site will be active for a month to retrieve my records.

PROS

It was a good service when I was a client

CONS

At the time it didnt have any of the features that the new platforms were offering such as the option for a familys caregiver to log in on a separtate account to see who clocked in and what services are being performed

Not very pleased

Customer service is great. If the app starts to work better and be more effective I will stay with the company. I have work with several apps for home care and they have worked better than this does. i I just can not take so much time out of my days to follow up on an app. I do understand that there will be trials and errors and its testing of new technologies. I just don't want to waste an hour every day trying to work on the app. I do believe it will get better but as of now, it's not the best...That is my honest opinion. Hope this helps to improve and grow. I would never write a bad review to the public about the software, but i will let support at axiscare aware.

PROS

The software is very basic. I like that i can create my invoices there and syn to QB.

CONS

not reliable. There is always some issues. Almost every 2 days a caregiver report and issue.

Has a few hiccups, but customer service works hard to help.

If the problems we have are fixed, I'm very happy.

PROS

I like that this software helps us connect clients, contacts, organizations, doctors, etc through "tagging" making it easier for the office staff to remember connections. There are plenty of areas to make needed notes no matter what type of user you are. Also, the ability to run a report of almost any function is very handy.

CONS

Many glitches with windows closing before information can be saved or saving the information and it doesn't show up. Customer service is great about getting back to requests for service, but at times they quit communicating and the issue isn't resolved. We've had the same issue for months and no matter how many times it's brought up I keep being offered a "workaround" so I won't run into the problem again, instead of it being fixed. Our staff members use company tablets to do their visits and charting. We're still running into issues getting that to work with the new update.

Elder Independence Home Care (Feather) User/Administrator Review of AxisCare

We are working on lowering our overtime per caregiver and we have utilized a feature in AxisCare to assist us with this.

PROS

The scheduling portion of the software is easy to utilize and schedule / change shifts.

CONS

There are no features to track or record follow up visits, or "deadlines" for clients. The certification feature under caregivers tracks drivers license expiration, etc. It would be useful to have a feature like this under clients as well.

Not the best but affordable

organization

The scheduling feature is easy to use and understand. they will also integrate date from previous databases.

CONS

Really the worst part about there product is on the human side. Horrible customer service (if you can even speak with someone or if they return your calls) and they seem unwilling to accommodate to specific needs

Excellent software

Over-all I am very happy and satisfied. I've tried several software in the past and so far AxisCare meets all the basics and important functionality of our home care needs. The management is also very professional, accommodating and very supportive. The support staff is excellent!

PROS

Ease of use, customization, extremely useful functionality and par excellence customer service!

CONS

The optics. The organizations of fields its taking too much space on my screen and you need to scroll down and up a lot. For example, too many empty or vacant spaces in between fields. I wish all important details of a client or caregiver are readily available in one single location without too much mouse movements of the mouse and friendly to the eyes instead of scrolling down in looking for a simple data like phone number or email address.

AXISCARE CARES!

My overall experience is positive. No complaints so far.

One of the things I love about this software is how user-friendly it is. It's very straightforward and easy to maneuver. It also comes with a lot of cool features and training videos which we all love and their customer service is a big PLUS!

CONS

Honestly, I can't think of anything because I think AxisCare is perfect the way it is!

It is easy to adapt to however detail in charting needs improvement

Good from the start, getting better every year.

We started with Axiscare 10 years ago and have appreciated how much they put into always improving their product and their company. We depend totally on their software to run our home care business and have not been disappointed by them.

PROS

The layout, the ease of use, the intuitive processes, and exceptional customer services sets AxisCare apart from anything I have heard about other companies.

CONS

Nothing comes to mind. I think many of the minor complaints I would have mentioned were corrected with their most recent updates and improvements.

CW AxisCare

It's been a good experience but hard to use at first. Over time it became eerier just by trail and error

PROS

Organizes the schedule, updates the caregivers

CONS

It has a lot of features that are hard to find. Not user friendly
