When we want to send calendars via email, we have to put them in a different format so that families can open them. I'm sure once families have access to the program, this problem will be eliminated.

Anytime I have contacted InTouch, the staff has been courteous and shown excellent customer service.

InTouch has been a great addition to communication with our residents in our Assisted Living.

It is very user friendly. It is quick and easy to update information from anywhere.

I found the system got easier as I got used to it and now use it daily with ease. I especially like doing our company training piece on InTouchLink it is simple and functions with ease.

It can be accessed at work or at home. It is a great information guide for our seniors as they can see the upcoming events and news in a fun interactive way.

This software has been easy to use with little to no support required. If you are in need of help, they are a phone call away.

We have always experienced top notch service from the reps at Intouch who will do anything to help you. Even if it means developing  programming to meet your needs.

Trouble shooting issues can be difficult, replacing equipment in expensive.

There are some problems figuring out when a youtube link doesn't display correctly and being able to time things is glitchy.

Love how easy it is to create and print our monthly calendar. Ceryn is excellent with support when needed and her responses are quick and  informative.

Ease of use- its easy to teach and maintain, and customer support is nearly always available by email and quick to assist.

After our first initial training they were still at stand by ready to assist when we ran into a problem. This meant a lot to my staff.

Easy to use, convenient, residents like it. Lots of uses that make things easier to communicate.

In touch 's customer service is always quick and very helpful to help us out of any binds we find ourselves in.

As we continue to learn how the program will even better our communication we hope that one day we  can transfer this information to the personal televisions and computers of our residents.

Our equipment is getting old and showing some technical difficulties at times-the set up of the equipment can be difficult to access.

I like that the system is pretty easy to use for entering the information and then displaying the information, easy to learn.

We have not taken full advantage of this software and know that it can be very beneficial in more ways than those we utilize at present.

They have been a good company to work with and I have built many relationships with their support team. The support team will go out of their way to make sure you are happy with their product.

We are able to use this software comfortably to ensure that the residents are receiving the best care. Excellent communication with your team.

EASE OF LEARNING, MULTIPLE WAYS TO ENGAGE IN INFORMATION.

This software offers a lot of flexibility to accommodate all the different rules from all of the different Payors out there. Billers find it very easy to use.

The fact that the developer team is always on top of the CMS changes in both the Clinical and Billing areas. I also like the ease of contacting customer support and the quick response times.

I like how easy it is to use. The tech support is great as well and will help you with a smile and kindness.

Overall, I am very pleased with this product, and the vendor is great - top notch customer service, and everyone there is super helpful, responsive, and really listens to our needs.

The most important aspect of any program is to be able to get help when you need it. That is what has pressed me the most.

Point of Care, Physician Orders. Integrates with other apps.

As with any software product there will be some issues, but Experience Care is also  quick to address any issues or concerns that we have expeditiously.

HAVE NOT HAD ANY SERIOUS PROBLEMS, BUT IF A PROBLEM OCCUR, IT IS FIXED PROMPTLY.

They are quick to respond on any CSR tickets and if they don't have a definitive resolution at that moment, they keep me updated on the progress and that they continue to work on it.

The vendor is very active in seeking out input from their customers, and they actually listen. When there's a feature we want they work hard to incorporate it quickly.

The reimbursement table is hard for me but I think it is more me than the system.

Overall my experience with NetSolutions has been a very good one.

Easy to use and engaging support where end-users affect change.

The customer support and engaging leadership have the most open-door approach to listen to their end users and implement change based on input.

Our company has been using it for at least 10 years, and through that we have struggled through some really tough versions that were more bugs than fixes. BUT THAT'S ALL BEHIND US NOW.

He is knowledgeable, efficient and patient. I appreciate his fast response on our urgent payroll issue and that he resolved it very quickly.

The ease of navigation that has been applied over the years with upgrades. The integration with the pharmacy so that physician orders can be electronically sent.
