Overall the ARENA PLM System is very user friendly and a very powerful tool.

My experience with Arena has been fantastic so far. They aim to please and are improving the product all the time.

With so many assignments and tasks it is hard to keep track of them.

I am very impressed with Arena, it seems to be designed by people that understand Product Life Cycle Management, Quality Systems, Regulatory compliance.

Our ECO turn around time decreased, we were able to make changes to parts and various BOMs quicker and easier.

I like that I can search whatever product I need to understand and see all documentation tied to it. I also enjoy the traceability of said documentation for doing investigations for failure analysis.

It was difficult to get ahold of customer service and the communication coming from the Arena team was unclear. They were so difficult to work with.

There is no out of office function to pause training due dates for employees with an extended out of office.

Ability to compare BOM differences. Easy to track engineering changes/revisions.

As a person who has never used Arena, it was very easy to use and navigate with little training.

The BOM and Part system are great. It is easy to do ECOs and have Arena integrate with ERP systems such as SAP.

I have used MasterControl and when I have to change training due dates in Arena, there is no option to include a comment when I have to change a user's training due date.

There are a couple of feature enhancements that I've been waiting for a while now, but I also recognize that. There are workarounds for those missing elements that are functional, just not pretty and.

Quality module is the most like function what i used. Like the nonconforming material control connect with CAPA, and easily to update the layout.

It keeps all of our projects and jobs totally organized and it gives us a snapshot of profitability of each job. The other think is the ease of use.

How wonderful that you say, it would be great if this could happen and within a month or two the change has been made. The customer service is also second to none.

Offering the ability to customize everything from sale order documents to emails. Allowing customizations in the processing of sales orders, invoices, and items.

Very little on this system I don't like. One minor thing that was an issue is the fact that item lines on sales orders could not be moved around.

She patiently worked with me to investigate and  come up with a solution for me. The people at Striven are the best part.

Unlike Quickbooks, Striven has a great customer service support team to help with your setup and any future needs. We do have some additional customizations that we would like to see in Striven.
