Process Director switches the focus from custom solutions development to business process optimization.

Support when errors occur can be cumbersome. I don't have much experience in this area, so replicating errors, getting logs to capture the info, and deciphering the errors is time consuming.

Process Director has allowed us focus on delivering business solutions that improve our overall customer experience while streamlining operations, increasing accountability and transparency.

Highly recommended for rapid deployment of processes for an organization.

I like that through the WYSIWYG editor you can quickly build and create forms and assign each field visibility and access.

Great customer support that goes above and beyond to help solve issues. Direct Assistance is available if you need one on one help to solve unique issues.

Troubleshooting issues - sometimes finding root cause is difficult. Bug fixes not clearly communicated as to how they were addressed in the next software release.

Product performs as advertise and is easy to use. Excellent for low code/no code programming but adds ability to extend functionabity through c.

The product makes its easy to tackle complex workflows quickly and effectively, allowing us to address evolving business needs without delays.

It allows you to build, run, monitor and do continuous improvement easily. The support staff and our Account Manager are very prompt and responsive.

Also this product helps to develop the flow as engine and it nicely integrates with our company proprietary software.

We have been able to develop simple processes for quick hits to improve a process as well as solve and improve complex processes.

Very convenient and low/no code solution. Process Director gives the ability to see trends over time.

The new web form builder not only elevates the end-user's experience, but makes form creation even easier. Forms are responsive and can be created and deployed in no time.

Process Director has allowed us to streamline our processes tremendously. It works well and ensures a great workflow between different departments.

There are lots of BPM software solutions available. Please be careful when purchasing one, especially one with a hefty price tag like BP Logix.

The ease of use and extensibility of Process Director has been a game changer for us.

Also found BP Logix tech support to be above average, though product development support is not included in the basic software license.

Out of the box integration with Active Directory and built-in connectors to multiple database systems facilitate identity management and data connections to ERP systems or other applications.

This  software was customized to meet a number of operational needs and was able to be manipulated as our business needs grew. Outstanding programming and very rapid support response.

I like the product and find it easy to build a form, but often get tripped up on some of the data flow features and the jumping around from spot to spot to accomplish what I need.

We have been able to leverage data across the enterprise to re-engineer processes to achieve much greater efficiencies, compliance, data accuracy and cost savings.

Process Director was easy to install and not many additional infrastructure capacity was needed. It's also easy to maintain.

It's easy to use whether the user is in the institution or outside.

You can usually do everything you need to do in Process Director, but it can sometimes be difficult to figure out the first time.

Easy to setup and manage workflows. Lowcode software is the new wave of the future.

Because of the point and click it can be difficult to figure out how to do some things.

With introduction of Process Director we have improved our end user experiences by reducing the overall processing time. Easily trackable requests/forms.

There was lack of actual instructions on how to use the program. I had to guess at certain steps such as printing from one form copy to another.

VERSITILITY AND TRACKING AND EASE OF OPERATION AND WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO ANY SIZE BUSINESS.

I can say that Pat in customer service has made my job better and easier. All the employees that I have dealt with at PBS have been wonderful.

I have used this software before at another job and I LOVE IT, easy, flexible, great service.

If I have a problem they get back to me right away and stick with it until it is fixed. I always get to speak to the same person, which is a plus.

We switched from pre-printed invoices to laser printed invoices. This results in a huge cost savings, and they look great.

Now we get paid sooner and we have better cash flow. Passport customer support is great.

However, when I do need help, Pat at Passport is the best. He understands the software as well as the accounting side so he is able to troubleshoot quickly and effectively.

In 2015 for example, we plan to purchase the MRP module (reasonably priced). Customer service has been 5-star for our company, with prompt and helpful support when we need it.

I can say that [SENSITIVE CONTENT]  in customer service has made my job better and easier. All the employees that I have dealt with at PBS have been wonderful.

It has been a great experience. Wonderful guidance , easy use, highly recommend.

I love the fact it is so user friendly. Most of all the customer support is.

Bill is easy use O/E or  A/R side can be used like we have many customer charge and pay later.

The company does not offer tech support so you have no other choice.

FOR THE PRICE IT IS THE BEST ACCOUNTING PROGRAM OUT THERE. YOU WILL NOT BE DISSATISFIED.

It is super easy of use and a real time saver.

My staff is so familiar with the functions that  to choose an alternative would be too costly from a purchase to a training standpoint.

Right now if you order more then ONE item you cant see the second item etc till you print to correct errors made when ordering.

We are thrilled with the decision we made to use the Passport Software for our ACA compliance.

The only problem I am having is setting up direct printers.

My only complaint is that I have trouble finding transactions. The system allows searches on several factors but not always the one I know.

We used to have to set the time back on our server to invoice in the previous month. That became harder to do because of the new virtual server we were forced to change to when our old server crashed.

Passport is a real accounting program with good audit trails. They have excellent  customer service and are always willing to assist with any issue we might be having.

One of my favorites is the manufacturing side which is logical, easy to use and is as massive and multi-leveled as a user is willing to go.

I have had positive feedback from several customers about the changes to their invoices and statements. I like that I can copy and paste long descriptions from a Word document into a Passport invoice.

Transition from Passport and Counterpoint to Passport Business Solutions.

The software itself was easy to use and understand but we were most impressed by the customer support provided by Passport.
