The system was very hard to follow and the initial integration was a nightmare. We had no customer service to help push us forward with a go live date and further onsite training was denied.

I tell all customers to minimize customization of products and keep them as close as possible to out of the box. This is difficult with business that are accustom to their old processes.

Ease of use and simple to understand. Simplicity is what i liked the most in this software.

He is not only helpful but a complete pleasure to talk to.

I love the ease of analyzing  each piece of our manufacturing process.

The product is deceiving and  lacks functionality for the processes we utilized for our company. They were unable to tailor the product to our needs even though they sold us on that in the beginning.

They were genuinely interested in helping us improve our processes by designing a report that met our specific needs.

Basically, I've found that most people who complain about Fishbowl are really complaining about inventory, which is hugely complex.

We are looking to expand and utilize many other integrations for web store and asset tracking capabilities.

As stated above, I would not recommend this software especially for CPAs and their clients. It sounds fantastic but doesn't work as designed, especially for Quickbooks.

Hard to fix problems without having to talk to fishbowl. But they are usually very responsive when i have a problem.

It integrates with Salesforce via a API and is continually improving.

Fishbowl is powerful sales, inventory control, and purchasing software for QuickBooks users at a very reasonable price.

The disassemble process can be a bit intimidating if you don't know what you are doing. Fishbowl Go needs to be able to manufacture as well.

Fishbowl is a great asset to our company. It has been wonderful in helping us manage inventory for our warehouse and tracking errors.

Integrations with QuickBooks can be incredibly useful for companies already based in QuickBooks.

Their customer support rep. has been awesome for our team. He's taken control of our issues and been very responsive.

Ease of Quickbooks Online integration, ease of cost analysis.

When I get errors after voiding a shipment and editing and when I go to ship it again I get an error.

I love all of the Fishbowl Support team members.

If the software could be paired with a camera for convenient in-line comparison that would be a game changer. Currently it is off-line only which requires time to walk to and from the scanner.

Navigating through the reporting functions is a little difficult, but I'm getting there.

There are times when the comparison is uneven or distorted. I then have to do a quick visual comparison.

Disappointed that invisible layers were not addressed as promised on the last upgrade. Mac users are struggling.

I couldn't imagine not using the software at this point as it has made such a huge positive impact on our department.

The text inspection and graphic inspection are amazing features that make my job so much easier to conduct. I couldn't do my job well without this software.

If the wrong printing plate was mounted we would catch it as we have no vision systems on our narrow web presses.
